History of our College In July’2003, a group of 11 teachers was shifted for humanities and commerce pass course from Govt college Bahadurgarh to old civil hospital building to initially function as girls wing of parent college; with a mission to impart an independent environment to excel and achieve great heights for girl students. It was a blessing for the girl students in the city and rural areas around Bahadurgarh that with the outstanding dedication to academic achievements and the excellence of social productivity of the posted staff members and students the strength of girl students increased from approximately 300 to around 700 students in the upcoming new session. Local people of the city demanded the administration for a separate college as the parent college handled the official work and the building was old and insufficient for good strength. After 11 years of efforts, the college got an independent status and a well-equipped educational infrastructure in session 2014-15 as GOVERNMENT COLLEGE FOR WOMEN BAHADURGARH. In the year 2017, an exclusive Principal and staff were posted in the girls’ college. Due to the efforts of the principal and staff, all the streams are running and imparting quality education and holistic development of girl students in Humanities, Commerce, Medical, and Non-Medical in the Government college for women, Bahadurgarh. The college is affiliated with MDU, Rohtak. The total strength of college students is 903 and is situated on Balor road, Bahadurgarh near Delhi Tikri Border, National highway 09.
